Phase I, built at a cost of&nbsp;<strong>\u20b911,200 crore<\/strong>, features a 3,900-metre runway with an annual capacity of&nbsp;<strong>12 million passengers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To manage VVIP movement and the large public gathering, the Noida Traffic Police have issued a strict advisory. From&nbsp;<strong>7:00 AM to 11:00 PM<\/strong>&nbsp;tomorrow, heavy and medium goods vehicles are&nbsp;<strong>prohibited<\/strong>&nbsp;on the Noida-Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressways.
